1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Croft Finance website and client portal (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use this site. For Clients: you must represent a project requiring a minimum facility of USD 30 million.

3. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities under your account. Croft Finance is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations.

4. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

All information shared through the Platform is strictly confidential. You agree not to disclose any such information to third parties without prior written consent of Croft Finance.

Capital Partner Confidentiality: The identity of Croft Finance's capital partners is not disclosed as a condition of their participation.

No Solicitation: You agree not to solicit or approach Croft Finance's capital partners directly without express written permission.

5. No Guarantee of Financing

Submission of a project or execution of a term sheet does not guarantee financing. All facilities are subject to satisfactory due diligence, credit committee approval, and execution of definitive documentation.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and materials on this site are owned by Croft Finance or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of this site without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Croft Finance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Belgrade, Serbia.
